Plant Dyed Bandanas Workshop
Class Date: April 20th 1:30-3:30pm
In this two-hour workshop, participants will learn about fibers, plant pigments, and how to naturally dye fabric—all in the process of creating a beautifully dyed bandana.
Each person will be supplied with a 100% cotton, American-made bandana and will work with a variety of supplied plants and modifiers to explore the possibilities of color. The last 30 minutes of class will end with a steaming process, where participants can browse fabrics and books, tidy up, chat, and take part in a Q&A with your instructor, Leah Rich of Roundtrip Goods.
Plan to walk out of this workshop with a beautifully dyed bandana, take-home care instructions, and a basic knowledge of dyeing with plants.

Botanical Ink & Iron Workshop
Class Date: May 24th 2-4pm
Discover the art of combining plant tannins and iron to create striking patterns and images on fabric. In this 2-hour class, you'll be guided through the entire process - starting with making an iron ink, painting your own up-cycled cotton medicine bag or flag, and finishing by curing your design in a plant tannin bath. Whether you choose to paint symbols of space, zodiac signs, talismans, or other meaningful images, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind creation and the skills to continue the craft at home. All supplies are provided, including hand-sewn bags and flags crafted from up-cycled cotton by your instructor.
